To increase the speed of resolution we offer remote support services where we dial into your system and remotely diagnose and resolve any issues that you may be having. You must have Key Systems remote management software installed on your system for this service. Contact us to arrange this.

The Key Systems team has extensive knowledge and history with both the Quest system and SwiftPos system ensuring any issues, questions, configurations or help you need is delivered professionally.

Back up and system maintenance
We understand how important your data is and the ramifications of losing your data. Key Systems have a range of daily automated database backup services to choose from meaning your data and system is always safe. Your back ups are stored in a secure hosted environment with full insurance cover. This service also backs up any key business data you have on the PC such as Accounting backups, files, folders, contacts etc.

Training
All Training is done on site in your environment meaning you and your staff are being trained on your system. The better your front of house team and back of house team understand the system and how to use it, the better your system will work for you. Correct use of the system also drastically reduces support issues meaning smooth trading!
