Walkabout
Walkabout is used as a completely mobile Point-of-Sale, it is a handheld computer that comes complete with a POS application installed. Users of the handheld can perform tasks without continually visiting a static Point-of-Sale.
Walkabout provides you with the opportunity to extend your targeted sales area, removing the reliance on a static point of reference. This enables you to improve your level of customer service, or gain better access to customers who want to spend giving you the opportunity to generate increased sales revenues.
The way that Walkabout operates is very simple. The Walkabout system handles all relevant Product, Category and Clerk information from the Back Office Software. The operators of Walkabout can then use this information to perform Clerk logins and send complemented sales data to the Back Office.
